I'm Thankful

For this absurdity. Even while it sort of disgusts me.

But it makes me wish I was in New York. Falko, go eat one for me, please. Celery butter, WTF. So much celery butter.

In other news, this makes me want to learn pastry baking the MOST.

  1. I was all for the idea until I heard the phrase "solid gravy plugs." SOLID GRAVY PLUGS.

    I want so badly to be a pastry chef. Too bad I hate the texture of flour and will go to ridiculous lengths to avoid touching it while baking.
